For merchants

Send us a feed and we will tell you what agents could not buy from you, and why.

What you get

• Your catalogue resolved against canonical products, so your listings appear alongside the same product from other sellers rather than being invisible.
• A data-quality report: missing or invalid GTINs, duplicate SKUs, variant grouping errors, missing delivery data, stale inventory.
• Unmet demand — searches where a customer wanted something like your product and could not buy it, with the reason: no matching product, no in-stock offer, unknown compatibility, incomplete shipping data.
• Outbound clicks and, where the provider reports them, conversions.

What we ask

• A product feed (CSV, TSV, JSON, JSONL, XML or Google Merchant format), or an API.
• Verification that you control the domain — a DNS TXT record or a well-known file.
• Written confirmation of what we may do with the data: display it, return it through our API, cache it, and for how long.

What we will not do

• Crawl you without an explicit opt-in. Crawling is disabled by default, per merchant.
• Rewrite your data. A correction you submit is recorded as a claim and reviewed; it never silently overwrites another source’s observation.
• Let payment affect organic ranking. Sponsored placement, if it ever exists, will be separately labelled.

Feed onboarding is not self-serve while the service is in beta: a reviewer signs off a rights policy for your domain before anything is fetched, so merchant access is granted per account. Write to [email protected] with your domain and we will set it up.
