Do not publish anything in these categories. This is a practical minimum list, not legal advice; applicable laws and safety rules may prohibit additional products. We may remove, suspend or report listings and accounts where appropriate.
Illegal goods and services
Anything whose sale, supply or possession is unlawful in the relevant jurisdiction, including controlled drugs and stolen goods.
Weapons and dangerous articles
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, prohibited knives and other weapons or materials intended to cause harm.
Counterfeit or infringing goods
Fake branded goods, pirated media, stolen intellectual property and items falsely presented as authentic.
Unsafe or recalled products
Products subject to a safety recall, unsafe electrical goods, hazardous substances and items that cannot lawfully be supplied.
Human exploitation and sexual abuse
Sexual services, exploitative material, trafficking, abuse or any content involving children.
Personal data and access credentials
Stolen accounts, passwords, payment credentials, identity documents and databases containing personal data.
Deceptive or harmful schemes
Pyramid schemes, fraud, money laundering, malware, phishing, fake documents and offers that misrepresent what a buyer receives.
Live animals and protected materials
Live animals, protected species, human remains and wildlife products traded in breach of conservation law.
